We could get their visas this Wednesday, next Wednesday or anytime in between, so our timeline is very sketchy. Nevertheless, on Monday at 6am (woohoo...leaving our house around 2am...) we will go to D.C. then take a plane that looks like this:

Ways to Pray:
1. For Silas and Mercy's visas to be issued quickly and smoothly.
2. For Elly to be comforted by our wonderful families who are stepping into our shoes while we are away. And for God to prepare her little heart for the changes ahead.
3. For Silas and Mercy to remember Andy and be able to transition quickly into our care. For the Lord's protection over their health until we can get them home.
4. For our time in DRC to be positive. For our minds to be focused on "things above not on earthly things" (like miserable heat, bugs or lack of running water!). For great bonding with the kids, tangible ways to serve in orphanages and fond memories for Andy and I.
We are praising God for His faithfulness and provision. The long wait is nearly over...and then the real craziness will begin! :)
