We have experienced a wide range of emotions in the last few weeks.
Silas was sick, potentially to the point of death. Then he was healed.
We applied for an embassy date and heard back extremely quickly...giving us an appointment for June 1. BUT we didn't have any documents for Silas.
We bought a plane ticket, but were told that this date may not work out for us.
I saw God give me glimmers of hope that He was going to move on our behalf, but then I would immediately get bad news.
By Saturday, I was crushed because I had really believed that God was going to supply our needs and usher our kids home, and it looked impossible.
---What little faith I have!---I feel like I've been tossed back and forth by emotions instead of resting in God's good plans. He, who is faithful even when we are not, has seen fit to provide most of the documents that we need in just the nick of time. Not because of anything I have done, but because of His great mercy.
**We still need to pray that the rest come in quickly, but as it stands, Andy should be able to board that plane on the 28th.**
